Irrigation Canal Construction Project Completed in Panjshir

The construction of an irrigation canal in Panjshir Province has been completed with the cooperation of the Ministry of Water and Energy, aiming to improve water supply for agricultural lands. The project was implemented by Shams Madar Construction and Logistics Company. The scope of work included excavation along the canal route, concrete lining of the canal bed and sides, as well as the construction of necessary technical structures for regulating and controlling water flow. With the completion of the project, the distribution of water to agricultural areas in the region is expected to become more efficient, while improving overall water management. The canal is also expected to enhance farmers’ access to water and contribute to the development of agricultural activities in the area.
